CRA Pro Series Heads Back To Owosso Nats For Penultimate Race
Owosso, MI - The penultimate race of the 2026 season sees the Turn One CRA Pro Series return to Owosso Speedway as part of the Owosso Nationals on Saturday, September 26. It is the third and final stop of the season at the Ovid, MI oval.
This will be the third year in a row the CRA Pro Series will be a part of the Owosso Nationals, but the first time they will race on Saturday night alongside the Outlaw Super Late Models. They have raced on Sunday afternoon the past two years.
Last year’s Owosso Nationals winner and current CRA Pro Series points leader Chase Pinsonneault leads the list of entries for Saturday night’s race. He has two wins with the series at Owosso, the other coming in May 2024 when he won his first-career race in the United States.
Former Masters Of The Pros winner and past series champion Chase Burda returns to the pavement for Saturday night’s race. He won the biggest race on the CRA Pro Series schedule back in 2023 on his way to the championship.
2024 series champion Blake Rowe sits 54 back from the points lead after his win two weeks ago at Berlin Raceway, with defending series champion Billy VanMeter 61 back. Both drivers will need strong runs to go into Winchester 400 weekend with a shot at the championship.
Once again, Chloe Mazzagatti will be pulling double-duty in the Pro Late Model and Outlaw Super Late Model. She finished 14th and 13th at Berlin two weeks ago while clinching the Reveal The Hammer Rookie of the Year title.

The Turn One CRA Pro Series event is a part of the Owosso Nationals, featuring two day of racing to end the season at the Ovid, MI oval. The CRA Pro Series will race alongside the Owosso 500 Series Outlaw Super Late Models, Modifieds and Pure Stocks on Saturday night. Friday night’s card will see Late Model Sportsman, Street Stocks, Trucks, Sport Compacts, and Mini Wedges in action.
