David McManus Confirmed for Inaugural Horsepower Happenings All-Star Invitational

Clio, MI - On Saturday, November 14th, 20 of the most talented race car drivers from across the region will convene in Clio, Michigan for the Inaugural Horsepower Happenings All-Star Invitational Presented by Extreme Indoor Kart Racing and Entertainment Center. The race brings some of the best drivers from different disciplines across the region to race against each other for a chance at cash prizes.

The first confirmed and announced driver for the upcoming event is nine-time track champion, David McManus. Most recently, McManus has been one of the most dominant forces in Asphalt Modified racing, grabbing back-to-back track championships at Birch Run and Owosso Speedways.

McManus has a staggering career of success that includes wins in Outlaw Super Late Models, Template Late Models, Modifieds, Factory Stocks, and many other divisions. The Birch Run, Michigan native recently revealed on the Horsepower Happenings Podcast that in total, his career has produced nine championships between Auto City, Birch Run, and Owosso Speedways.

The Horsepower Happenings All-Star Invitational is Saturday, November 14th at Extreme Indoor Kart Racing and Event Center in Clio, Michigan. In addition to the 20 all-star drivers from around the region, five "ringers" will be a part of the show. The two fastest drivers from the month of September and the three fastest drivers from the month of October at Extreme Indoor Karting will get an invitation to try to join the field.
