POWER RANKINGS: Pavement Modifieds, Week 2, May 2026

Jonesville, MI - Like many of the divisions for the MARC News Power Rankings, we finally have an update and change to the MARC News Asphalt Modified Power Rankings Presented by Howe Racing Enterprises. The season opener at Corrigan Oil Speedway paired with the Modifieds of the Owosso Speedway 4th Annual Bob Finley Memorial give us a chance to discuss who is the best Modified driver in the region.
How it works: Drivers who finish inside the top five that night will receive base points. 10 points for 1st, 6 points for 5th. This will be true for every race held that week/weekend in that division. Then, the "experts" will examine the results and see if anyone may have earned any bonus points based on their performance. If they did, the panel member can throw them two bonus points for the week.
