Davis, Reaves, Emerling, Honeycutt, and Hartwig III Earn Wednesday Night Wins at New Smyrna

New Smyrna Beach, FL - The end is in sight for the 60th World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing at New Smyrna Speedway as part of the kick-off to Florida Speedweeks. The Tour Type Modifieds headlined again on Wednesday with the John Blewett Memorial 76. A week that included changing an engine and finishing runner-up, now includes a win for Patrick Emerling, who bested Ronnie Williams by over seven-tenths of a second.

As has been much of the week, 60 laps was the distance for the Super Late Models. Spencer Davis rolled from the fifth spot and made it around polesitter Jade Avedisian, to collect his first win of the week.

In Pro Late Models, ARCA Menards Series regular, Max Reaves, with the help of NASCAR Champion, Bobby Labonte, grabbed his first win of the week. Rolling from seventh, Reaves found his way around polesitter Gabriel Casagrande to take the No.18 to victory lane.

Caden Honeycutt, known as a Late Model Stock ace who got his shot in the world of NASCAR, is apparently also pretty good behind the wheel of a Modified. Honeycutt took the win from the outside of row two in the Florida Modifieds division.

Finally, an impressive week for 14-year-old Paulie Hartwig III continues. Back behind the wheel of the family-owned No.73, Hartwig went to Victory Lane for the third time this week, and second time in the 602 Tour Mods.
