POWER RANKINGS: Template Late Models, FINAL, 2026

One of the most unique divisions in Michigan Motorsports is Template Late Models. From Super and Pro Late Models, to Late Model Sportsman, they're all similar, and a lot of drivers are interchangeable from one track to the next. Former CRA Pro Series Champion, Blake Rowe is now a MARC News Power Rankings champion in 2026 for his efforts in regional touring events and Berlin Raceway competition throughout the season.

Rowe was one of six drivers to surpass at least two wins this season and one of four drivers to turn in seven top-five finishes. Only Brian Campbell had more wins this year, the most of any Template Late Model driver in the state, with three. Rowe never finished worse than third in his eligible finishes inside the state of Michigan, a stat line matched only by Dylan Stovall (among drivers with two or more top five finishes), who put up a feature win and six top-fives, five of which were second-place finishes, in eligible starts for Power Rankings points.

How it works: Drivers who finish inside the top five that night will receive base points. 10 points for 1st, 6 points for 5th. This will be true for every race held that week/weekend in that division. Then, the "experts" will examine the results and see if anyone may have earned any bonus points based on their performance. If they did, the panel member can throw them two bonus points for the week.

Note: National Touring Series events DO NOT count toward the Power Rankings (ASA STARS National Tour, UARA Super Late Models, etc). Regionally sanctioned Tours WILL count, with a ten-point bonus per position (HRA Late Model Sportsman, CRA Pro Series, etc). For events with less than a 10-car feature, five points are DEDUCTED for a strength-of-field correction.
