Hicksville, OH - One Five Motorsports is ready to begin the 2026 season this weekend with the IHRA Stock Car Series Pro Late Models from Pulaski County Motorsports Park. In her second full season behind the wheel of the No.15, Avery Demland eyes a new challenge with the IHRA Stock Cars.
The International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) announced a pair of new Stock Car series in November of 2025 - a Late Model Stock division and a Pro Late Model division. The series touts an impressive purse, offering an $80K purse for a standard Pro Late Model show. The breakdown is $8,000 to win and $1,750 to start, with a Championship payout to the top 10 that totals $70K. Not only does a new sanctioning body offer a challenge for Demland, but the Series will take her to tracks she’s never been to before.
The 2026 season for the IHRA Stock Cars begins on Saturday, March 21st, at Pulaski Motorsports Park in Virginia before going to Cordele Speedway in Georgia on April 18th. Newport Speedway welcomes IHRA on May 30th, ahead of Anderson Motor Speedway in South Carolina on June 27th. A return to Pulaski awaits on July 25th, before Darana–Memphis Motorsports Park on August 22nd. Newport Speedway on September 26th serves as the penultimate event, with the finale on October 17th originally scheduled at Memphis Motorsports Park, now slated for Rockingham Speedway.
“I’m excited to get the season started,” Demland said. “I’m looking forward to learning a new track and being part of history with the IHRA’s first Stock Car Season.”
Demland will head to Pulaski Motorsports Park with her No.15 LeftHander chassis. Avery Demland and One Five Motorsports would like to thank One Five Apparel Company, Dynamic Drivelines, Oval Outlaw Performance, and MARCNews.org for their support of the 2026 season.
