Max Stambaugh Confirmed for Inaugural Horsepower Happenings All-Star Invitational

Jonesville, MI - On Saturday, November 14th, 20 of the most talented race car drivers from across the region will convene in Clio, Michigan for the Inaugural Horsepower Happenings All-Star Invitational Presented by Extreme Indoor Kart Racing and Entertainment Center. The race brings some of the best drivers from different disciplines across the region to race against each other for a chance at cash prizes.
Joining the list of drivers confirmed to race is five-time Great Lakes Super Sprints Champion, Max Stambaugh. The Elida, Ohio native has become a fan favorite around Michigan and the surrounding areas, driving his Smith Motorsports No.71H to five Tour Championships in as many seasons. The sprint car standout also carries a 2017 All-Star Circuit of Champions Rookie of the Year accolade on his resume.
Stambaugh has been one of the toughest to beat in recent years in the Midwest. He currently sits third on the GLSS all-time wins list with 27, trailing only Dustin Daggett and Jared Horstman. Stambaugh also added a Great Lakes Lightning Sprints feature win to his resume this summer in his first start.
Five other Horsepower Happenings All-Star Invitational drivers have already been announced, including David McManus, Travis Stemler, Chase Burda, Steve Irwin, and Bryce Bozell. In addition to the 20 all-star drivers from around the region, five "ringers" will be a part of the show.
