Jonesville, MI - On Saturday, November 14th, 20 of the most talented race car drivers from across the region will convene in Clio, Michigan for the Inaugural Horsepower Happenings All-Star Invitational Presented by Extreme Indoor Kart Racing and Entertainment Center. The race brings some of the best drivers from different disciplines across the region to race against each other for a chance at cash prizes.

One of Modified Racing's standouts joins the party to challenge David McManus for supremacy in the state. 2024 Hot Shoe 100 winner, Aaron Taylor will race on Saturday, November 14th. The Jackson, Michigan, native also dabbles in Outlaw Super Late Model Racing, but became a household name after an impressive 2024 season.

The same year that he grabbed a $10,000 win in the Hot Shoe 100, the first of his career, Taylor also racked up 10 feature wins that season. In 23 starts that season, Taylor produced 22 top-10s and 19 top-fives in conjunction with the 10 wins. His consistency continued in 2025, posting 16 top-10s in 18 starts alongside 15 top-5s and six feature wins. A slower 2026 brought Taylor back down to Earth in a season that included 22 races, 15 top-10s, nine top-5s, and a feature win.

Nine other Horsepower Happenings All-Star Invitational drivers have already been announced, including David McManus, Travis Stemler, Chase Burda, Steve Irwin, Bryce Bozell, Max Stambaugh, Mason Metzger, Kyle Crump, and Matthew Elsey, Jr. In addition to the 20 All-Star drivers from around the region, five "ringers" will be a part of the show. The two fastest drivers from the month of September (Wade Gray & Owen Quinnen) and the three fastest drivers from the month of October at Extreme Indoor Karting will get an invitation to try to join the field.

The event is open to the public to attend and enjoy the races. Fans who can't make the trip can watch the action LIVE on www.GreatLakesSprints.TV.
